How it works
A secure system that protects both homeowners and contractors
Background Check
You come to us with your preferred contractor and we will run a background check on them at no cost to you.
Agreement & Onboarding
You and your contractor agree on price & milestones. Work together to set project scope, pricing, and milestone schedule. We prepare the official contract for parties to execute.
Deposit
You deposit first project payment into the contractor’s account for the contractor to start work.
Subsequent Payments
The subsequent milestone payments are deposited into our partnered law firm's stakeholder account, held on trust until instructed to release. It can be deposited in stages according to the agreed milestones.
Conditional Release
Upon approval, payment is released to the contractor
Once you are satisfied with the progress of work for each milestone, you instruct us to release payment to contractor. The process repeats for each milestone.
Final Payment Hold
To ensure quality and peace of mind, the final payment is withheld for 1 month after project completion as a safeguard for resolving any post-completion issues.

RM 100k and below
RM 2,000
Flat fee
Perfect for smaller renovation projects and simple home improvements.
Medium Projects
Above RM 100k - RM 1 million
2%
on the amount exceeding RM100,000 +
base rate (RM2k)
Ideal for whole-apartment renovations and moderate-sized projects.
Large Projects
Above RM 1 million
1.5%
on the amount exceeding RM100,000 +
base rate (RM2k)
Perfect for house renovations and comprehensive makeovers.
All fees are subject to 8% SST and excluding ad valorem stamp duty.
